Excellent. I do wish the volume control was down a little further on cord to be able to see the adjustment button. The little storage bag could be slightly larger along with a band to secure the bud cord. Superb sound! Thanks for a great product.

These are great for listening to music. They are not great for talking to people. When I used them on my iPhone people said I sounded like I was under water. But for music - thumbs up.

The S&W USB-C Wired Earbuds were timely received. My testing indicated that the USB-C Wired Earbuds perform as well or better than the wired earbuds I have used on previous phones with phone jacks. They consistently perform better than my bluetooth earbuds. Good job, S&W!

I must admit I was a little hesitant to purchase these sight unseen. Took the plunge and it all turned out. Had them delivered quickly and without issue. The earbuds have a solid build quality and come with a nice little storage pouch though my preference would be a hard case for better protection. The sound is excellent and rivals my Shures and RHLs. The in-line controls work as intended without issue save for I find them a bit too small for me to effectively handle. Some of that might be remedied if the controls were rectangular rather than round as I found it hard to find the buttons since the controls rolled when I reached for them. With that said, I really am enjoying them and have no regrets with the purchase.

I have a new Samsung S23 and was told to use an adapter because the Samsung S23 does not have an audio jack like my previous Samsung S8Active had. I do not want wireless earbuds and I was told to purchase an adapter since audio is important to me (also when using exercise equipment). However, upon using the adapter, the audio was very poor -- scratchy with background noise and volume/audio cut outs. I searched online for a better option for a Samsung S23 and was pleased to find that the Strauss & Wagner had a quality non-Apple option. I used it for the first time today and it is perfect! The sound quality is great -- none of the problems I experienced with the adapter. I am so pleased to have audio with my new phone that hits the bull's eye with quality.
